The Atlantis-themed theatre will feature a concession stand offering the traditional theatre fare, but will also serving up items like wings, wraps and made fresh pizzas. Wall to wall screens, high rise stadium style seating luxurious high back rocker seating, and Dolby and DTS digital surround sound in all of the auditoriums. A second level bar and lounge area will serve liquor, beer and popular food items along with a carvery.  Direct second evel access to the IMAX theater. CineMagic Theatres announced today an agreement with Gus Chafoulias, Chairman of Chafoulias Companies, to acquire the Chateau Theatre on 37th street. The terms of the deal were undisclosed, but it takes effect immediately. “We deeply appreciate the loyal patronage the Chateau has enjoyed over the years, said Chafoulias, “But now we believe that an experienced exhibitor like CineMagic can best preserve the quality of experience that Rochester has come to expect from the this theatre.

ST. PETER, MN For a little more than three months, the marquee at the former St. Peter Cinema 5 Theater has had little to brag about since the owners of the business closed its doors Feb. 1.  A deal is close to completion that will literally breath new life into the theater as the owners of Minneapolis-based company, CineMagic Theaters, have reached an agreement to purchase the facility with plans to reopen it, if all goes right, by Memorial Day weekend at the earliest.

Toronto, Canada  April 05, 2006  IMAX Corporation (NASDAQ: IMAX; TSX: IMX) and CineMagic Theatres, an exhibitor based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, today announced an agreement to open IMAX® theatres in at least two of the exhibitor’s multiplexes, with a potential third site under discussion. The exhibitor’s first IMAX theatre is expected to open in mid-August, in time for the highly anticipated release of Warner Bros. Pictures’ The Ant Bully, which will be digitally converted into IMAX® 3D and released simultaneously to IMAX and conventional theatres on August 4.

ST. MICHAEL, MN  January 19, 2006  CineMagic Theatres and local dignitaries completed a ceremonial Ground Breaking today for the Company's new 72,000 square foot Metropolitan 15 Screen Ultra Cineplex currently under construction to serve the growing Crow River corridor. Strategically located on 11.5 acres of prime frontage at the Interstate I-94 and Hwy. 241 St. Michael, the premier cineplex will serve the Crow River communities of St. Michael, Rogers and Albertville. Currently under construction, the project is scheduled for completion and opening early summer 2006.
